AIR CONDITIONER
– What is SEER?
SEER stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating as defined by the Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute. Think of SEER as miles per gallon when discussing vehicles. The higher the SEER rating, the more efficient the system is. Currently the minimum rating for Kentucky air conditioning systems installations is 14 SEER equipment. Our product offerings include up to 20 SEER at this time.
– What is an Air Conditioner System?
An A/C system consists of 3 key components – the outdoor condensing unit (compressor), copper refrigerant line set, and indoor evaporator coil. The system utilizes the furnace blower motor to provide air flow.
