Humidification

We are a local leader in providing whole home humidification/dehumidification solutions. Whether your gas furnace/electric air handler is drying out your house in the winter months, or the rainy Spring and humid Central Kentucky Summers have your house feeling like a rain forest – we have you covered.

For humidification, we utilize the latest steam technology. Our 240 volt 29 gallon unit offers comprehensive comfort by injecting the steam directly in your central heat and cooling system’s duct work, allowing the system’s blower to circulate the humidified air throughout the house.

Dehumidification

For dehumidification, we utilize different methods depending on the specific issue or need. Similar to our humidification offerings, we can install a whole home dehumidifier that works in conjunction with your HVAC system’s blower and duct work. For basements and crawl spaces with elevated humidity levels, we can install a high capacity stand-alone unit that can remove up to 110 pints of moisture per day. We evaluate each situation individually to determine the best course of action.

Air Purification

We sell and install the latest in air purification technology. Our purification systems install directly in your HVAC system’s ductwork, and work in conjunction with your blower fan to provide constant, whole home coverage. Our products neutralize bacteria, mold spores, viruses, and common household odors – with the added benefit of removing particulates from the air such as duct, dander, and pollen. This is not a cheap “UV light” often found in big box stores, and we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee!

Media Air Cleaner

With most of our system installations, we incorporate custom media filtration cabinets. These Merv-11 or Merv-14 media filters remove particles as small as 0.3 micron from the air in your home – far more protection from indoor air contaminants as compared to standard furnace filters. The deep pleated media filter contains more surface area than standard filters so they last longer and put less stress on your HVAC system. We can also retro fit these media cabinets on your existing HVAC equipment. Not only will you notice improved air quality throughout your home, but your system will perform more efficiently and have increased longevity.
